Sponsors: This application is for non-married applicants or those whose spouses have previously attended a Tres Dias, Emmaus or Cursillo weekend. All candidates are encouraged to participate with their spouse and should use the Married Candidate Application for this purpose. If a spouse has already completed a Tres Dias, Emmaus or Cursillo weekend please indicate below. Any application that is incomplete or received without the appropriate $11 fee will be returned and not considered for weekend selection. Applicants are selected by the date the completed application is received. The application of any candidate who declines to attend two weekends in a row must be resubmitted for future consideration.
