This application must be submitted by a Sponsor who has completed a Tres Dias weekend OR completed an Emmaus or Con Dios weekend prior to January 1, 2020.
After completing the application you will click a link which will direct you to pay the application fee via PayPal or Venmo. The application cost is $10 per person.
Sponsors may use this button to pay the candidate fees of $120 per person.
